Lu Dingshan, a native of Yongning, Nanning, Guangxi, is an associate research librarian. He used to be director of Yongning County Cultural Center, director of Cultural Bureau, chairman of Federation of Literary and Art Circles, deputy director of Yongning County People's Congress Standing Committee, vice chairman of Nanning Federation of Literary and Art Circles and chairman of Nanning Calligraphers Association. He is currently a member of the Rights Protection Committee of China Calligraphers Association and vice chairman of Guangxi Calligraphers Association. Lu Dingshan loved calligraphy since childhood. He learned nourishment from Mo Bao, a former monument, learned Europe from regular script, became the king of efficiency, worshipped Zhang Xu and Huai Su, and gathered the charm of famous monuments in the Eastern Han Dynasty.
