Zou, whose real name is from Great Wall Village, Fengshui Town, Zhangdian. Not very enlightened, like reading, graduated from Jinan Luoyuan Academy. In the first year of Cecilia Yip in the Qing Dynasty, he was promoted to having obtained the provincial examination. In the second year, he was admitted to Jinshi and was awarded to Jishi Shu, imperial academy. His hometown is Zou Hanlin. In the history of public recommendation, there is a saying that "excellent talent, incorruptibility, inspirational, promising, teaching and educating people, and loving the people can all be solid". According to legend, when Zou was in the Hanlin Academy, he was sent to Jiangxi to inspect political affairs, which is equivalent to the current educational inspection team.
