The overall project highlights five characteristics of "high-quality, first-class, efficient, special and fast":
First, high standard positioning, high starting point planning and high standard construction of the park, and it is planned to build AAAA-level scenic spots in 2-3 years;
Second, ecological priority. In the process of planning, design and construction, we always adhere to the concept of ecological priority, maximize the use of reinforced concrete materials for buildings, maximize the preservation of native tree species such as Toona sinensis and cherry, protect acacia trees over 560 years and ginkgo trees over 1000 years, minimize the impact of construction dust and construction organizations on ecology and water system, and preserve the original ecology of wetlands;
The third is people-oriented. At the beginning of the construction, the park extensively solicited opinions from the masses. After the completion, it will be open to the public free of charge, people-oriented, reflecting public welfare, openness and mass, and creating a wetland park belonging to the citizens themselves.
The fourth is to integrate the characteristics, and integrate the cherry blossom culture, farming culture and historical humanities with Taihe characteristics into the park construction, such as the "three districts and seven gardens" such as the poetry and calligraphy square-Moyuan, which reflects Taihe's poetry and calligraphy level, and the Qingyintai-Quyuan, which reflects Taihe's voiceless culture;
Fifth, the word "fast" runs through the whole project, from project establishment, demolition, design and construction. At present, the first phase of the park project is completed, and the second phase is basically completed.
