Yesterday, I read Sun's book, and I understood.
Although I have been writing a running script for almost a month, I feel good about myself. Once I carefully compared the original words and found that it was "a thousand miles away." Compared with the original characters by software, the familiarity is less than 67/10, which shows that the calligraphy level has not improved, which is worse than the original level. The more you write, the more impetuous you are, and the inner fear is uneasy.
But when you think about it, it's not surprising that the running script is getting better and better, so it's normal that you can't keep up with the calligrapher's footsteps for a while. It's easy and difficult to learn Chinese characters, and there are also unfamiliar and skilled points. Therefore, there is no need to be too arrogant.
When I was running calligraphy, I learned Chinese characters instead of strokes and structures. I don't know if I'm in a hurry. I already have the basis of regular script, so it should be feasible to learn the style of this book directly.
Regular script characters can be written at will, and running script characters lack courage, but they are skillful and natural, with traces of axe chisel.
In the future, we should learn to avoid impatience and complacency and concentrate on wrist and brushwork.
