Ou Deshun, whose real name is Wuwei, was born in Ji Shu and Beijing. He is currently the director of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, the vice president of Han Hong Painting Academy and the director of China Calligraphy and Painting Association.
