Wang kaishun?

Laid-off Wang Kaishun: a successful way out with one move and one style!

Recently, the author wandered around Zhongshan Painting and Calligraphy Garden in Yangzhou Flower and Bird Market and met Wang Kaishun, an entrepreneurial wizard. "I embarked on the road of calligraphy and painting management, on the one hand because I have my own expertise in this field, and on the other hand, I was' forced' because of poor corporate efficiency." This is Mr. Wang Kaishun's accurate answer to my curiosity.

Wang Kaishun, 4 1 year-old, loved painting and calligraphy since childhood. 1990 graduated from North China University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, majoring in precision instruments. After graduation, he was assigned to the former Yangzhou Gear Factory. However, the benefits of enterprises have been sluggish, and the monthly salary of around 200 yuan can barely maintain life. 1one weekend in March, 994, Wang Kai took some of his paintings and calligraphy, went to the antique market of Tianning Temple at that time, set up a stall, and drew on the spot. I didn't expect the business to be ok. I sold more than 300 yuan on the first day.

Since then, every weekend, Wang Kaishun has been riding a bicycle alone, carrying a small bag, selling works in antique cultural markets with pens, ink and inkstones, and setting up stalls in antique cultural markets in Nanjing, Wuxi, Suzhou, Shanghai, Beijing, Zhejiang and other places with pens, ink and inkstones on holidays, drawing and painting on the spot, making many artistic colleagues and intimate friends in the collection industry, enjoying a high reputation in the same industry.

Looking back on those wasted years, Teacher Wang Kaishun said, "It's really a pleasure in suffering." In order to "grab" a good booth and market, he has to get up early every weekend morning, get up at three or four in summer and get up at four or five in winter. Summer is better, and winter is often cold and shivering. This kind of stall, Wang Kaishun put two or three years. At that time, Wang Kaishun had to work in the factory during the day, and he could only create at night and holidays. He writes and draws every day until the early morning of the next day. Until today, Wang Kaishun's rest time every day is only about 5 hours, and several years are like one day.

Wang Kaishun is determined to make his career bigger, but he can't always set up stalls. Wang Kaishun decided to open his own shop. When he told his family and friends about this "unrealistic" idea, they strongly opposed him. There was no precedent for opening an ordinary painting and calligraphy shop in Yangzhou at that time, and how the market operated was still unknown. Moreover, the rent is as high as nearly 10 thousand yuan, which is too risky for an ordinary family. A good wife has repeatedly advised him that even if he set up a stall, he doesn't have to pay rent. If he can earn, he will earn. If he can't earn, he won't lose. Wang Kaishun thinks that with the continuous improvement of people's material living standards and the obvious improvement of spiritual and cultural pursuit, calligraphy and painting have gradually become a unique symbol of family culture. The humanistic atmosphere reflected by Yangzhou's profound cultural heritage shows that Yangzhou people have a special liking for calligraphy and painting. Optimistic about this,1In August, 1996, Wang Kaishun persuaded his family to use his savings for many years and 10000 yuan to rent a small facade of 12 square meter in Tianning Temple, ending his two-year stall career. Sure enough, Wang Kaishun sold more than 500 paintings and calligraphy that year. In the following years, Wang Kaishun, a visiting professor, was successively employed by Yangzhou University Teachers College, Agricultural College, Water Conservancy College, Yangzhou Institute of Science and Technology and other institutions to give lectures on calligraphy and seal cutting, which expanded the academic influence of Yangzhou Wang School, improved the artistic level of college students and made outstanding humanistic contributions to Yangzhou, an ancient cultural city!

Since then, Wang Kaishun's painting and calligraphy gallery has embarked on a period of rapid development, and his cultural capital is expanding every year. At present, it has a business storefront of more than 900 square meters and a painting and calligraphy mounting and processing factory of more than 1000 square meters, and has reached cooperation projects with more than 500 painters from more than 100 painting and calligraphy institutes in Shandong and Anhui provinces to provide cultural works for its galleries. At the same time, it has established business cooperation relations with more than 70 domestic/KLOC-0 galleries, supplying them with paintings and calligraphy works which are sold to the United States, Canada, Japan and Taiwan Province Province.

The author sincerely hopes that in today's harmonious society, more and more famous Wang Kaishun will emerge, winning glory for Yangzhou, an ancient cultural city!
