Listening and evaluating classes is a long-term normal classroom activity in our school. By attending and evaluating classes, we can strengthen the classroom teaching management of school teachers, standardize classroom behavior and improve teachers' teaching level. This isn't it? Under the promotion of the principal and the organization of the director, we completed the activities of listening to lectures and evaluating classes in June 165438+ 10.

One person, one characteristic, one lesson and one style. This listening and evaluation activity began in grade one, and all the teachers in the school participated.

Grade one: Teacher Zhang Yangyang's "Understanding 1-5, What Number" class is lively and interesting, and her teaching attitude is natural and generous; Teacher Fu Shuping's zcs is full of passion, and the blackboard writing is standardized and beautiful; Miss ELISAHA DING.

The course zh ch sh r is explained in detail and fully communicated with students; Teacher Wang Yaqian's "Nine Plus Several" has clear thinking and compact classroom rhythm.

Grade two: Guan Hongyu's "I want a gourd" is student-centered, with outstanding teaching focus; Teacher Liu Guiling's "Multiplication Formula of 7" is combined with practice, and the classroom atmosphere is active; Mr. Jin's "Birds" students have good work and rest rules and free classes.

Grade three: Teacher Wu Jianhui's group cooperation class on "normalization" to show students' various abilities; Teacher Ding's "The Rich Xisha Islands" has a clear structure and guidance in place, emphasizing students' reading aloud; Teacher Gao Xiaoli's "Written Multiplication (with Carry)" is full of affinity, teaching from shallow to deep, and writing on the blackboard is regular; Teacher Yang's "Golden Grassland" is well prepared and has bright spots in class.

Level 4: Shi's "Climbing to Tiandu Peak" is clear and convincing; Zhangyan teacher Zhang Yigong's "Six Gardens in China" highlights methods and recognizes new words with pictures, which makes students interested.

Grade 5: Mother's Love by Zhang Wenchao and Wu Yanjun combines unit language elements to highlight the key content of this lesson; Teacher Zhou's The Boat of Father's Love is rigorous and structured. Teacher Li Wanqing and Teacher Zhao Teng.

Finally, we also listened to a calligraphy class "Long Horizontal and Short Horizontal" by Liu Jianwei, a teacher who specializes in calligraphy and fine arts in our school, and really understood the writing method of the point horizontal head: "Generally speaking, if there are other main strokes besides the stroke horizontal head, the horizontal in the point horizontal head is short horizontal, if not, it is long horizontal." I've always wanted to practice calligraphy, but I can't find a reason why I can't practice well. Today, this lesson has gained a lot. It turns out that every stroke of every square character contains beauty and culture. Only by knowing what it is and why, can a square figure be perfectly presented.

After each class, teachers' evaluation activities should be carried out in time, so that teachers can have a deeper understanding of their own classroom teaching, and at the same time, teachers who participate in the whole process can better grasp the classroom and master the golden key to opening a wonderful classroom.

A wise man corrects his own mistakes through the mistakes of others. Through this round of listening and evaluating classes, I have seen different grades of classrooms, appreciated the wisdom of colleagues' classrooms and learned the performance of students in different classrooms. Of course, I also spied the problem that appeared in my class: live but not deep. This will directly lead to the lack of solid classroom knowledge and basic knowledge. Thanks to this round of lectures, I deeply reflected on what I need to pay attention to in my daily teaching work. 2.
