Zhu de's family instructions

Zhu Jiaxun generally refers to Zhu's Zhu Jiaxun. Zhuzi Family Instructions originally contained Ziyang Zhushi Genealogy. In the mid-Southern Song Dynasty, Jin and Meng invaded South China, with heavy taxes, complaints from the people, deep national crisis and weak Confucianism. The decay of feudal rule led to the destruction of code, the abandonment of ethics and morality, the increasing greed of officialdom, the decline of morality, the emptiness of people's spirit, the loss of ideals and social unrest. Zhu took it as his duty to stabilize the national order, strengthen the cohesion of family and society, save the country and the people, carry forward Neo-Confucianism, pursue the educational concept of "learning from others and respecting deeds", advocate moral cultivation with the content of "preserving heaven and eliminating human desires", and strive to reorganize ethical norms and rebuild ideal values and spiritual home. It is against this background that Zhuzi's Family Instructions came into being.

Zhu (1 130 ~ 1202) was a famous philosopher, thinker, poet, educator and writer in the Southern Song Dynasty. Originally from Wuyuan, Huizhou (now Jiangxi), originally from Youxi, Fujian, and living in Jianyang, Chong 'an (now Nanping, Fujian). Zhu was a master of Neo-Confucianism in Song Dynasty. He inherited the Neo-Confucianism of Cheng Hao and Cheng Yi in the Northern Song Dynasty and completed the objective idealism system. His lyrics are beautiful in language and handsome in style, and there is no disease of heavy color or allusion. Zhu is not only a famous thinker in the history of China, but also a famous educator. He devoted his life to education, tirelessly taught and lectured, and made great achievements in educational thought and practice.
