Which is better, Zhu Hui calligrapher or Liu Xiaoping?

Liu Xiaoping. Liu Xiaoping has made many achievements in creating giant seals. His works have participated in the "National Calligraphy Seal Carving Exhibition" and "National Popular Seal Carving Exhibition" sponsored by China Bookstore for many times, and have been recognized by contemporary calligraphy seal carvers such as Shi Kai, Wang Yong and Liu Yiwen, and won the Excellence Award in the first National Calligraphy Sketch Exhibition and the Excellence Award in the fourth China Calligraphy Lanting Award. Zhu Hui won the first national calligraphy exhibition and the first national TV calligraphy competition. Compared with his grades, Liu Xiaoping is much better.
