Qin Shihuang; 259 BC-2 BC10) Ying Zheng, Qin Shihuang: Gansu Longxi, the first feudal emperor in China history. /kloc-acceded to the throne at the age of 0/3, and reigned for 35 years, with its capital in Xianyang. In 22 1 year BC, after ten years of subjugation, a unified Qin state was established. Hong Hong, Fu Jian; (AD 285-350) Di, Hao, was born in Lueyang (now southeast of Qin 'an County), and was a pre-Qin philosopher during the Sixteen Kingdoms period. Song Li: (35 1- 4 17), founder of Xiliang, grandson of Li Guang 16. Originally from Ji Cheng (now Qin 'an County), he lived in Xiliang. He is the general of Ningxiang, who won six counties in Hexi. He claimed that the Liang Palace was the capital of Dunhuang, and he was also a famous writer in China.

Suo Jing (a famous calligrapher in Jin Dynasty) was born in Longle, Dunhuang (now in Yangguan area of Dunhuang).
Zhang Zhi (a great calligrapher in the Eastern Han Dynasty) was born in Anxi County, Gansu Province.
Li Guang (General Fei of the Western Han Dynasty) was born in Ji Cheng, Longxi (now Qin 'an County, Gansu Province).
Fu Jian (the founder of the pre-Qin regime) was born in Lin Wei, Lueyang (now southeast of Qin 'an, Gansu), and was the former Qin emperor in the Sixteen Kingdoms period.
