Hard pen calligraphy has been taught for more than a month. Looking back on the teaching during this period, I need to improve too much. I want to reflect on the teaching of hard pen calligraphy. Summarized as follows:
(1) Their lesson preparation is too general and there is no outline. The effectiveness of preparing lessons is too poor, and there is no clear guidance. Did not play a real role in preparing lessons. The items in the lesson preparation book are incomplete, and there is too little reflection after teaching. Lesson preparation is too formal, and there are too few novel teaching processes, which means nothing new.
(2) The teaching plan is not handed in in time. There is a discrepancy between the teaching plan and the classroom teaching content.
(3) There is too little instruction in class practice, students' organization is not in place, some students practice too fast, and there is no real intention to practice.
According to the above mistakes, the characteristic courses in the future should be improved from lesson preparation, classroom and other teaching links. Specific measures:
(1) Prepare detailed lesson preparation cases, give full play to the timeliness of lesson preparation, and seriously reflect on each lesson. Design more novel classes to improve students' interest in learning.
(2) In class, we should give more guidance. Do more demonstrations on the blackboard and organize students to do exercises. Encourage teaching, show the copied good works and the works that the whole class has made great progress, and stick them on the wall of the hard pen calligraphy teacher to encourage students to be motivated.
(3) Learn the teaching methods of hard-pen calligraphy from the old teachers, and learn more and practice more.
