Farong, the president of the association, personally inscribed "Qianlong Temple".

The total investment is 37 million yuan, of which 7 million yuan has been completed. In 2012, a planned investment of 30 million yuan is underway. Slope and geological disaster management is ongoing, and the main body is expected to be completed within the year.

The story of the creation of Qianlong Temple is as follows: There was a Taoist priest named Zhao in Wangwushan Cave, the largest of the ten Taoist caves. In August, Taoist Zhao set out from Wangwu Mountain Cave, passed through Shangdang Basin, swam through Lingkong Mountain, took the Lingqin Ancient Road, came to the foot of Gypsum Mountain, and lived at Longyin Academy. Taoist Zhao's trip this time was intended to find a fairyland on earth and build a Taoist temple in order to fulfill the wish he had made in front of the Taishang Laojun in the Taiqing Palace in Laoshan.

While living in Longyin Academy, Taoist Zhao gradually became acquainted with the Academy Headmaster, and the two became very attached to each other. At night, the Taoist priest gave the mountain chief some Taoist health-preserving techniques. During the day, the mountain chief led the Taoist priest to wander in the ravine at the foot of Gypsum Mountain in search of an ideal viewing site. One day, the two of them came out of the academy and walked eastward along the Longyin Valley. They didn't go far before they came to a fork in a ditch. They saw dense willows in the valley, thick pines and cypresses on the mountains, white clouds swinging among the peaks, and clear springs flowing up the rocks. The Taoist priest immediately fell in love with this rare Feng Shui treasure land. If the Taoist temple was built here, it would be backed by the green mountains, holding the yin and embracing the yang; facing the barrier, it would hide the wind and gather the pulse. So, we immediately made a decision and selected the viewing site.

As the saying goes: "It is easier to select a site than to build." To build a Taoist temple with complete temples is not an easy task with only 10 or 80 taels of silver. Taoist Zhao was naturally worried about this. However, in order to fulfill his wish, Taoist Zhao decided to raise money for ten or eight years. From then on, Taoist Zhao left early in the morning and returned late, traveling from village to village, collecting donations from household to household. But in this remote mountainous area, he could earn as much as dozens of coins a day, or as little as more than ten coins. After ten days, it was still not enough. This did not shake Taoist Zhao's determination to build the temple at all.

One day, after breakfast, Taoist Zhao went out to collect alms as usual. As soon as he left the yard, a sedan came to him. The people following him said, "A large silver ingot from Mr. Li's wife's family is missing." And Fei wants to invite Taoist Zhao to come and suppress evil spirits and eliminate demons!" Taoist Zhao frowned, took the idea into consideration, and readily agreed to the matter. When I arrived at Yuan Li's house, I found out what happened: Li Yuan's ancestors had been officials for generations. As the saying goes, "It takes three years to clear the magistrate and ten years to make snowflakes of silver." Therefore, the family accumulated more than a dozen silver coins. Late one night, Yuan Li found that a large sum of money was empty, so he asked Taoist Zhao to settle down.

Taoist Zhao held a bronze mirror in his left hand and a sword in his right hand. After inspecting the house inside and outside the member's home, he told the member that it was the Cat Tsui God who took away your money. The Cat Tsui God protects and punishes him. Evil, you are rich and unkind and do many evil things. If you continue like this, the remaining money will also be transferred away. After hearing this, the minister begged Taoist Zhao to settle down, and he asked for any amount of money. Taoist Zhao began to perform religious rituals and settled down within the time of a stick of incense. Before leaving, Taoist Zhao said: "Pindao has calmed down the Maozui God for you, but you must do more good deeds in the future, otherwise not only will your money be lost, but your family will be ruined. In addition, Pindao wants to build a Taoist temple under the Gypsum Mountain. You just have to do it." All you have to do is donate the money for the work materials, and the poor Taoist Li will not take any extra money.

After Zhao Taoist received the donation from the member, he started work the next day, and it took three years. It was completed in time, with colorful walls, mountain gates, Lingguan Hall, Sanqing Hall, Siyu Hall, Sutra Library, etc. built from front to back. It cost 1,369 taels of silver. After the Taoist temple was completed, Taoist Zhao asked the mountain chief to name it. Chang Yan said: "The Taoist temple is located in the Yang of Longyin Valley, Qian is Yang, and the year it was completed was the year of Jiachen, and Chen is Dragon, so it was named Qianlong. Taoist Zhao thought it was very appropriate, so he named it Qianlong Temple. After that, Taoist Zhao was appointed as the Supervisor and led a group of Taoist priests to guard the land for people's houses and pray for blessings and birthdays. It was deeply respected by the villagers within a hundred miles. Later, in order to thank Taoist Zhao for his actions, the villagers renamed the valley where Qianlong Temple is located "Zhao Zegou", which means "the grace of Taoist Zhao Yongzhi".
