Fan Yougen, male, born in 1972, member of China Calligraphers Association, member of China Poetry Society, executive director of Tang Yin Poetry and Calligraphy Creation Research Institute, the first master student of China Academy of Fine Arts, and a senior painter of Beijing Century Celebrity Painting Academy.
