Whose work is the Taishan stone carving?

Taishan stone carving is a cliff stone carving published in Qin Dynasty, which is divided into two parts. The first book (Inscription of the First Emperor) was engraved in the 28th year of Qin Shihuang (2 19 BC), and the second book (Imperial edict of II) was engraved in the first year of Qin Ershi (209 BC). It is said that Li Si wrote a book, also known as Li Si Bei.
