China's Liaohe Forest of Steles, known as "China's No. 1 Forest of Steles" by Mr. Kong Decheng, the 77th grandson of Confucius, is located in Shuangtaizi District, Panjin City. It is a treasure trove of the essence of ancient and modern calligraphy art. It was built under the initiative, planning and support of calligraphy masters headed by Mr. Qi Gong and Liu Xingquan, the former director of the Panjin Municipal Construction Committee and other people of insight from all walks of life, and was decided to be built by the Panjin Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government. The first phase was completed in October 1999.

China's Liaohe Stele Forest covers an area of ??180,000 square meters, with a construction area of ??4,036.86 square meters. There are all kinds of stone carvings, ranging from pottery symbols from the Neolithic Age to contemporary calligraphy masterpieces. They lasted for five thousand years, covering 90,000 miles in length and breadth, and there are more than 2,000 engraved steles. It is the only forest of steles in my country that continues to evolve. The pottery inscriptions, oracle bone inscriptions, bronze inscriptions, stone drum inscriptions, silk scripts, bamboo slips, Han steles, Wei steles, etc. engraved here fully demonstrate the development and evolution of calligraphy in my country since the Han and Wei dynasties; headed by the two kings (Wang Xizhi, Wang Xianzhi), Yan, Liu, The works of Ou, Zhao; Su, Huang, Mi, Cai and other masters fully reflect the different calligraphy styles and styles of various dynasties such as Jin Shang Yun, Tang Shang Fa, Song Shang Yi, Yuan and Ming Shangtai, Qing Shang Bian, etc. The works of modern calligraphy masters represented by Yu Youren, Guo Moruo and Qi Gong illustrate the efforts and hardships that modern calligraphers have put into the art of calligraphy.

Since the completion and opening of China's Liaohe Stele Forest, it has attracted more and more attention and favor from the calligraphy art circle and the general public, with an endless stream of people coming to watch and study it. China's Liaohe Forest of Steles adheres to the design concept of "dominating the garden with monuments and supporting the monuments with the garden", and has devoted its ingenuity to complement each other with the forest of steles and gardens. The landscape of the forest of steles is all made of antique buildings. Its gate archway has five holes, six pillars and eleven floors. It is designed based on the essence of the archway of Chinatown in the United States and the Yonghegong Lama Temple in Beijing. It is magnificent and spectacular with carved beams and painted buildings. On the premise of paying attention to the art of calligraphy, China's Liaohe Forest of Steles strives to organically combine the art of calligraphy, sculpture, architecture, and garden art, and strives to create a forest of steles that is both a high-grade calligraphy work and an elegant and simple one. The unique artistic atmosphere of the architectural complex enables various art forms to reach the realm of innovation through the combination of inheritance, appreciation and research, and gives them the artistic charm of the new era. It is a unique art grand garden
