2. Choose the appropriate application level objectively
1. Candidates should carefully understand the calligraphy grade assessment standards. (You can check the reference standards for calligraphy grade assessment or consult the calligraphy teacher about the level candidates choose.)
2. When applying for a level, try to correspond to the actual level of the student, and the error cannot be greater than two levels.
3. Prepare well before the exam
1. The size of calligraphy works is 66×33 (cm) or 66×45
(cm), so candidates need to practice regularly with fixed brands of rice paper of the same size and specifications so that they can master the number of words during the exam. , size and penetration of rice paper.
2． Candidates applying for Levels 1-3 can bring ancient Chinese calligraphy stickers to copy or choose their own writing font in regular script. Candidates who apply for level 4 or above will take the propositional exam. The font used for Level 4 and Level 5 examinations is regular script. Candidates applying for Level 6 and above must write works in regular script plus 1-3 other calligraphy fonts, which must be sealed.
3. Candidates should bring enough rice paper when taking the exam. Candidates applying for level 4 or above are not allowed to bring gridded rice paper into the examination room, so they need to practice folding rice paper on their own.
4． The invigilator will put an examination seal on the back of the test paper selected by the candidate. Candidates must carefully fill in the admission ticket number, name, application items, application level, etc. in the examination seal. Candidates must ask the invigilator for a "certificate collection card" after taking the exam.
