The difference between calligraphy entering exhibition and being selected

Different ideas, different quota restrictions, different degrees of reward and recognition.

1. The concept is different: entering the exhibition means that the works have been selected in the exhibition venues, which means that the works have been selected and reviewed and considered to have a certain level and value. Being selected means being selected during the competition, but not necessarily progressing, but being eligible to participate in the screening.

2. Different quota restrictions: exhibitions generally have quota restrictions, and only works that meet certain conditions are eligible to participate in the exhibition. However, there is no quota limit, as long as it meets the basic requirements of the competition, it can be selected.

3. The degree of reward and recognition is different: the works in the exhibition usually get higher-level rewards and recognition, such as bonuses and honorary certificates. Selected works do not necessarily have these awards and recognition.
