Zhang Yintang was born in December 1934, and his pen name is Shuobo. A native of Gu'an, Hebei Province. He is a senior arts and crafts artist at the Beijing Seal Art Company "Cuiwenge" and a first-class calligraphy and seal carving technician in Beijing. Member of Beijing Calligraphers Association and member of Zhongshan Painting and Calligraphy Society. He has been engaged in calligraphy and seal carving for decades and is a master technician of calligraphy and seal carving. When he was young, he loved calligraphy and seal cutting and studied under Mr. Liang Yanyu.
