What calligraphy is this painting "Give birth to fewer children and rush to treasure" written in?

Shaosheng Chongbao is a coin of the Northern Song Dynasty, which was minted in the first year of Shaosheng (A.D. 1094). There are two kinds of "fewer children rushing to treasure": copper coins and iron coins, with a diameter of 2.3-2.5 cm and a weight of 4-6 grams. Qian Wen is both a seal and an official. Therefore, the money for "having fewer children and cherishing treasures" uses seals and official books.
