Mr Liu Songnian (1909-2003) is a famous calligrapher and poet. Before his death, he was a member of Fujian Calligraphers Association, a member of Fujian Poetry Society, a painter of Fuzhou CPPCC Studio, a member of Fuzhou Calligraphers Association at home and abroad, a consultant of Fujian Changle Calligraphers Association, and a vice president of Fuzhou Yantai Poetry Society. Teacher Lao Cang has been teaching for more than 30 years. His handwriting is very good, especially official script. Teacher Lao Cang enthusiastically supports newcomers, teaches by example, and is full of peaches and plums, which has won unanimous praise from colleagues. Mr. Wang has created a large number of old-fashioned poems, including "Undetermined Grass in Shuangchi Zhai" and "Qingzixuan", which are well-known at home and abroad and praised by people of insight.
