Can the tea room be used as a study room?

The tea room can be used as a study.

In ancient times, tea required a large space, otherwise burning incense would be cramped. Modern tearooms are either very small or far away from the study room, and tea, incense, books and music cannot complement each other.

So, when drinking tea, space is the first element. Without a good space, it is disrespectful to tea. Eminent monks often say: "Zen tea is just the same thing", which raises the status of tea to a very high level. It seems that the ancients valued the spirit of tea very highly. The advantages of putting the tea room and the study room together:

Firstly, you can live in seclusion and sit and talk, that is, you have retired after success, and you can have close friends together and chat. This is a happy old age life. Attention, friends, the ancients lived in seclusion and there were conditions for being an expert outside the world. It must be like what Lao Tzu said: you can never live in seclusion until you are successful. You must first do something that contributes to society before you are qualified to retire. Otherwise it's an escape.

The second is to chant, play the flute and sing in the teahouse and study room in the early morning. This is your own space and time.

The third is to write and read in the dead of night, so as not to fall into drowsiness. This is a place for mind training.

Fourth, you can whisper in the study and maintain privacy. If you are a confidante, you will get the beautiful feeling that "there is beauty in the book like jade".

Fifth, thank guests behind closed doors on rainy days, take a stroll, and stay away from worries and loneliness.
