Yanzi Boxing Talk
Yanzi was a native of Meicheng during the Western Expedition, Yongmu Menting, gentle and elegant;
He had a good family background, good bows and skills, and was unruly. Pursue and persevere;
Steel is forged a hundred times, never be complacent, expert in boxing and sword, and fluent in poetry.
The magic power of Bagua, famous all over the world, educating talents morally, opening up a wide range of buildings;
A teacher of martial arts, joining the Lushe Society, feeling lonely and cold, and angry in spring and summer;
>Jiujiu martial artist, Xun Xun Confucian, the four characters have just been formed, so be careful when writing.
This is a four-character poem given to Mr. Yan Xizheng, a master of martial arts and a giant in poetry, by Mr. Shi Mu, a senior figure in Chinese poetry and a famous calligrapher. Shi Lao is from Changsha, and this poem rhymes in Changsha dialect. Mr. Xi Zheng was also a hero from Hunan, and he was well versed in both Confucianism and Taoism. He was well versed in both Confucianism and Taoism, and his attainments in Chinese studies directly matched those of the ancient sages. He was a martial artist from the three schools of Meishan, Wudang, and Emei. His martial arts, martial arts, and martial arts were world-renowned. He can be said to be a literary figure. Martial arts benefit from broadness, and martial arts benefit from literature and refinement.
I have been fond of martial arts since childhood, and I also like poetry and prose. I have also sought out many teachers to practice hard in the martial arts world. I have gained the love of mentors such as Hei Shimei, Ma Mingbao, Liu Qirong, Jiang Haoquan, etc., and I have achieved some success. Hearing the name of Yanzi's Western expedition, he went to his door to pay homage and asked him about martial arts and the etiquette of his disciples.
How should I deal with someone who despises me, despises me, hates me, or lies to me?' Shi Deyun said: 'Just tolerate him, let him, let him, avoid him, be patient with him, respect him, ignore him, and wait for a few more years. Look at him. 'Is this the best way to practice tolerance?'
The Master said: "No, no. Slander me, bully me, laugh at me, belittle me, belittle me." If I tolerate someone who hates me and deceives me, if I tolerate him, let him go, avoid him, be patient with him, respect him, and ignore him, I will actually harm him. How many years later can I tolerate him and look at him? So? You should persuade him in time, teach him, convince him with reason, suppress him with force, and transform him with justice. After a few years, you can see him again. This is the way of being a benevolent person. Hanshan Shide is a master of Buddhism. There is something sublime about using detachment to relieve the troubles of the world. However, the tolerance of a warrior is different from that of a Buddhist. What is benevolence? A benevolent person loves others and is invincible. As taught by the sages, martial arts can kill people as well as survive. Therefore, we martial artists should use martial arts as a carrier, carry out the virtues of the Chinese tradition, and practice self-denial and endurance.
Question: "Master, a master, traveled all over the world when he was young and learned a lot about people and skills. Do you think the skills of various martial arts schools are any better than master?"
Master said. : "The martial arts of each sect is like the mountains and rivers everywhere, each is good at winning, there is no superiority. I once wrote a poem about the scenery of Meishan Mountain, Wudang Mountain and Emei Mountain, and you can listen to it:
One said: Among the ten scenic spots of Meishan Mountain, Xiongshan Mountain is the most outstanding one
Son of Emperor Mori.
The mountains spit out mist and the peaks have dark shadows, and the trees shake their ornaments to reveal the dim light.
The pine trees embrace the moon and stretch out their dragon claws, and the waterfalls splash with flying beads at Lumen.
The words and phrases are inscribed on the stone wall in what year, with moss covering them half-marked.
Second: Wudang Mountain
The cliffs and stone-level valleys are filled with smoke, and the pines and waves far and near are like plucked strings.
During the white mist, the palace is hidden, and the goshawks can only circle in the middle of the mountain.
The wind blows the Dharma drum outside the clouds, and the rocks and springs hang in front of the wall.
The golden bell rings in the upper realm, and the pure heart just makes an appointment with the cicada.
Three: Emei Mountain
The jagged and strange rocks are rugged, accompanied by mountain birds calling each other.
The stone path is covered with dust and washed by running water, and the solitary peak is about to collapse and the clouds are supporting it.
The sound of the wind in the ancient cave is like hearing a flute, and the vines and rocks are like reading talismans.
The green stream meanders continuously, trickling into the rivers and lakes at night.
When I look at the mountains and rivers everywhere, I love them all. When I look at the martial arts sects, I feel overjoyed. There are often outstanding people in each sect, and their skills are also unique. There is a folk proverb in my hometown that goes: "A good person is afraid of losing, but an ugly person is afraid of practicing." ’ Therefore, the way to practice martial arts is just one word ‘practice’, and there is no distinction between superior and inferior. If people who practice martial arts can emphasize the word "practice" and practice diligently and skillfully, they will be able to practice all kinds of martial arts and become skilled, and skillful will breed essence. ”
The question is: “There are internal and external schools in martial arts, and the method is developed first and then developed. Master is familiar with Meishan, Wudang, and Emei. Is it an internal family or an external family?”
< p> The Master said: "The law has no definite law, only people can maintain their own control, and balance hardness and softness. How can they be partial and neglectful? How can they be rigid and rigid?"Our Chinese martial arts can hardly be divided into internal martial arts and external martial arts. If Shaolin is regarded as the external master, then Shaolin's techniques also emphasize the internal cultivation; if Wudang is regarded as the internal master, then Wudang's techniques also have methods of external strengthening. Therefore, we warriors should nourish the spirit internally, regulate the internal organs, cultivate righteousness, strengthen the muscles and bones externally, practice martial arts, and focus on martial arts. Unifying the inside and outside, combining hardness and softness, and cultivating moral character are the correct ways of martial arts. As for the distinction between attacking first and attacking later, how can we attack first and attack later when fighting for life and death on the battlefield, whether inside or outside the family? And when we are defending ourselves on the streets, how can we attack first and let others take the blame?"
Question: "People say that ancient martial arts were used to kill people, but today's martial arts are used to educate people. What is Master's martial arts like?"
Master said: "The original meaning of martial arts is that externally it is a technique for killing enemies and controlling others, and internally it is a method for strengthening the body. Regardless of whether people in ancient times or today, when it comes to martial arts, they all follow this original meaning, but they have different emphasis depending on the times they live in. In this prosperous age, Yu Zhiwu is to strengthen the spirit internally and strengthen the body externally. He uses the art of defeating enemies to educate people, uses martial arts to maintain health and cultivate virtue, and uses martial arts to make friends. ”
Question: “Now that we are in a prosperous age, the legal system is becoming more and more complete, martial arts are not used much, and there seems to be no big difference between martial arts and dancing. Do you think so, Master?”
Asked: "Master said that 'fighting' is the soul of martial arts, and I deeply believe it. I dare to ask Master, if you want to understand the true meaning of "fighting", where should you start?
Master said: "The way to fight is to strengthen the body first. When the body is strong, the body will be strong, and when the body is strong, the Qi will be strong. I think. The method of fighting in the world is nothing more than applying one's own strength to the other person's body, thereby disrupting his balance and damaging his body's internal organs. There is no such thing as attacking the other person with force or using force to attack him. Therefore, when learning to fight, you should first strengthen your body. There are various methods for strengthening your body, which are nothing more than refining your energy and spirit internally, and training your muscles, bones, and skin externally to make your body stronger and stronger. Reach the extreme. Relearn the method of exerting force, mobilize all the power you have, and release it through the body and equipment, and then study the method of controlling the opponent and preventing the opponent from being restricted, so that your own power can reach the other person. However, his power is not directed at his own body. The method is nothing more than the coordination of hands, eyes, body, and steps, taking advantage of opportunities, advancing to seize the body, ducking to intercept, etc. The mastery of timing, position, and distance is repeatedly strengthened during practice, and becomes acquired. Instinct is also a word for "practice". The martial arts of Meishan, Wudang and Emei that I have learned are nothing like this. Master, do you have anything to teach me?"
Master said: "The Chinese martial arts has a long history, is profound and profound, and the land of China is full of martial arts heroes. If young people want to enter martial arts, they should not aim too far, and there is no need to go deep into the mountains to find old ways and ancient temples. To visit an eminent monk, you can find a master nearby, spend some time, shed some sweat, and focus on the word "practice" in a down-to-earth manner. First, specialize in one discipline, and then find a master and friends, learn from the strengths of others, and find the foundation of martial arts. Explore the rules of martial arts, learn the Tao in the Tao, and learn the boxing in the Tao. This talk about my experience may make you laugh. "
Question: "Master said, "Specialize in one discipline, learn from the strengths of others, and practice." This is the righteous way of martial arts. Master once visited Meishan, Wudang, and Emei Mountains and learned from them, but I don’t know where he will end up?"
Master smiled and did not answer! ;
