Chen Zeqin's Calligraphy Achievements

The first is comprehensive artistic accomplishment. Mo Weng majored in China literature in his early years and was the first graduate of Northwest University in 1940. Although engaged in literature, cultural relics, teaching and other work after graduation, I often entertain myself with poems, compositions and paintings, and appreciate the collection of calligraphy and painting. He sees a lot and has a high eye. After the Cultural Revolution, Mo Weng was employed by the cultural relics department to identify the calligraphy and painting of the Qing Dynasty, which benefited many victims of the Cultural Revolution.

Mo Weng's achievements in calligraphy are closely related to his attitude of self-improvement and diligence in learning for decades. 1957 When he was anti-rightist, Mo Weng was sent to another county for reeducation through labor because of "heart-to-heart". The day before he left, he was still studying Shuowen under the lamp, taking notes with little eyebrows. In the 1970s, Mo Weng discovered more than 20 seal cutting prints, dozens of square prints were filled with red double hooks, and several bottles were only used for advertising. When I was studying official script in my later years, I spent a summer comparing and studying three kinds of Huashan tablet rubbings. On a four-screen official script made in 1985, Mr. Wang wrote: "Ugliness is on the sixth day of June, and there are two in seventy. After the double hook on the Huashan Temple tablet in Xiyue, there are fifty characters here. " It truly records the spirit of an old man who never tires of learning. And this day is my husband's 72nd birthday! Today, Mo Weng, who is over 80 years old, still insists on reading and studying.

Mo Weng's achievements in calligraphy naturally benefited from Xiao San's indifferent feelings. For decades, Mo Weng did not seek profit, or was praised as a "master of calligraphy" or regarded as a "master of calligraphy", while Weng Jun was modest and unwilling, silently practicing the spiritual integrity of traditional scholars with his own life course. A few years ago, someone photographed the official script signed by Mr. Wang at the auction. I felt insecure after buying it, so I took it to my husband for identification. The result was a fake. Seeing that the bearer was in a hurry and was at a loss, Mr. Wang immediately said that he would give him another original and exchange it for a fake. People and people present at that time were moved by Mr. Wang's natural generosity. People try to ask the gentleman, "How can it be weak?" Mr. Wang said with a smile, "I have suffered what others have not, and the pros and cons just offset." Things have gone through a lot, and natural fame and fortune have been underestimated. "Believe it!

The Book of Changes says, "Metaphysics refers to Tao, while metaphysics refers to apparatus". Formally speaking, calligraphy belongs to the category of "utensils", and Mo Weng proved the "Tao" in calligraphy with his books, character and life experience.
