Lu Zhenping introduced

Lu Zhenping was born in February 1946. He is from Changge, Henan Province, an associate researcher at the Institute of Literature and Information of Hunan Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine, a member of China Calligraphers Association, an executive director of Hunan Calligraphers Association, a vice chairman of Hunan Young Calligraphers Association and a vice chairman of Hunan Calligraphers Association.
