The essence of couplets in the study: Jia Xing can drink when he suddenly comes to poetry, and he can exude lofty sentiments when he goes to sword.

Emperor Kangxi (1854- 1722) had this ink:

Jia Xing can drink wine when he suddenly comes to poetry, and he can give it to others when he goes to sword.

Emperor Kangxi's calligraphy is excellent, and there is a column of fine print by Mr. Xie on the right, which is full of praise:

The Qing Dynasty was famous for being good at calligraphy, but when it comes to calligraphy, Kangxi was really good at it. This couplet is extremely exquisite by Kangxi, which is extremely rare. Zhuang mu Weng Guan, because of the problem.

Regarding this couplet, Emperor Kangxi said it was a collection of ancient sentences, but it is difficult to find the source on the Internet.

Some people say that this couplet comes from-"Good thoughts suddenly rise, and books can drink; Wherever chivalrous feelings go, clouds can be given to others "-The first part tells the story of Su Shunqin's" Han Shu drinking "in Song Dynasty, and the second part comes from Tao Hongjing's poem" What's in the mountains? There are many white clouds on the ridge. I can only feel sorry for myself and can't bear to give it to you. "That makes sense.

The story of Hanshu Drinking goes something like this:

Su Shunqin (1008- 1049), a poet in the northern song dynasty, likes reading history and drinking. I lived in my father-in-law Du Yan's house for a while and often drank a barrel of wine every day (about 7 liters today). My father-in-law was a little puzzled and took time to secretly observe it.

One night, my father-in-law found him reading Zhang Liangchuan, a history of Han Dynasty. When reading that Sean failed to attack Qin Shihuang's motorcyclists in Bolangsha (now Yuanyang, Henan Province), he shouted angrily, "What a pity! I missed it! " At the same time, I picked up a large glass of wine and gulped it down. Later, when reading that Sean said to Liu Bang, "I will award this day to your majesty," he shouted angrily, "It's hard to meet a monarch and a minister!" Pick up a large glass of wine and drink it off. Seeing this, Du Yan smiled and said, "It's not too much to drink a barrel of wine."

Ok, let's take a closer look at this couplet.

The first part of the book, "Poetry can be drunk when you are happy", is to the effect that when you are happy, you can blurt out wonderful words. That's interesting. How can I do without a few drinks?

Most people need beef and peanuts to drink, like Song Wu of Jingyanggang-"cut two or three pounds of cooked beef to eat wine"; Some people need flowers to drink, just like Li Bai's "A pot of wine from flowers, I'll drink it alone". No one is with me ","both of them are in love with flowers, one cup after another. " Lu you's "I just want to make it clear, smell the guests, I think a sip of wine will bloom"; Some people need books to drink, such as Su Like Shunqin mentioned above; On the other hand, some people want nothing. Poetry promotes drunkenness, and wine helps poetry. The fun is hard for outsiders to understand.

The second part, Passion can be given to others with a sword, is to the effect that heroes love heroes. When you see passion, my precious sword will send you to make contributions.

This ink was written in Ji Hai of Kangxi, namely 17 19, when Kangxi was 66 years old. Look at this force and momentum. It's really the same as then. Looking through the draft of Qing history, we can see that there were soldiers in the southwest and northwest this year. Kangxi went hunting in August and didn't return to Beijing until 10.

Most people write "swords can be given to others", which means giving gifts. But if the emperor wrote "swords can be given to others", it is estimated that it is not as simple as giving gifts. The "sword" here may be the "Fang Shangjian" commonly used in traditional Chinese opera. With this, you will have "the command of thousands of troops" and you will be able to "act decisively and cheaply".

For an emperor, whether he is in power or authorized is really a big problem. All great and promising kings are good at and dare to fully authorize, such as Qin Shihuang, Emperor Gaozu, Emperor Wudi, Emperor Taizong of Han Dynasty and Kang, Yong and Gan san huang of Qing Dynasty. The reason why they dare to do this is because they have both a grand pattern and extraordinary wisdom. They are confident that the sword they send out will only open up territory and kill the enemy, not point at themselves.

This is the case in ancient countries, and the development of modern enterprises is similar. Enterprises that dare not delegate power to employees will certainly not be able to grow bigger. Teacher Wu Bofan once said this sentence:

Four or five years ago, a friend came to me and said, I heard that you are familiar with Huawei. Can you introduce me or take me to visit Huawei? My company should fully carry out the activities of learning from Huawei. I said you don't have to go, you can't learn. First of all, your personal shares account for 60% to 70%, and your share in Huawei is only 1.25%. You are almost 50 times as much as him. When your share falls to this ratio, it is not too late to learn from Huawei.

There is a saying: power is concentrated in the upper level and only dispersed in the lower level. Dapeng spreads his wings and hates the sky, and heroes need great freedom. The pattern of high-level decision makers is the ceiling of the cause. The higher the upper limit, the more rights need to be granted; The more rights granted, the higher the upper limit, thus forming a positive virtuous circle. This is the case with Huawei and Tencent in China, as well as Microsoft and Google in the United States. On the other hand, if the decision-making level is only three to five meters high, just like Wang Lun can't hold Lin Chong and Yuan Shao can't hold Tian Feng, what career and future can there be?

Back to Emperor Kangxi, that "sword can be given to others". If nothing else, just look at the territory: when we walk on the frozen snowy plateau thousands of miles away, walk on the snow drifting in Wan Li in Mohe, northern Xinjiang, and walk on the Gobi Desert in the north and south of Tianshan Mountain, how can we forget the great achievements of the three generations of Kang, Yong and Gan-the collection of thousands of years of cultural wisdom and the collection of multi-ethnic integration and unity, forging such a vast and splendid territory for the Chinese nation! With such a magnificent pattern and lofty realm, we will only worry that there are not enough people who "shine swords". Where can we feel uneasy about whether to "shine swords"?
