Researcher of China Seal Cutting Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Art, visiting professor of China Academy of Fine Arts, visiting researcher of Peking University Calligraphy Art Research Institute, contributing editor of China Calligraphy magazine, and member of Xiling Printing Society. He is the author of Zhao Nianpu, Zhao, China's Complete Calligraphy and Jinliang's Seal Carving. His publications include Zou Tao Jinshi Calligraphy and Painting Collection, Selected Seal Carvings of Zou Tao, etc. He has held more than ten solo exhibitions in China Art Museum and Chengtiange Art Museum of Suoguo Temple in Dabanshan, Kyoto. His works have been collected by institutions and individuals such as China Art Museum, Narita Mountain Shudao Art Museum in Japan and Suoguo Temple in Kyoto, Japan.
In recent years, Rong Baozhai's Fine Arts magazine and Japanese magazines Shu Hai and Shu2 1 have opened long-term columns serializing the literary theory of calligraphy and painting seal cutting.

1983, graduated from the Law Department of Jilin University, and served as the Legal Department Minister of the People's Public Security Newspaper of the Ministry of Public Security.
1987 published legal books such as Legal Consultation (Hebei People's Publishing House) and Criminal Law Dictionary (Jilin University Press).
1990 won the outstanding works award in the 3rd China young and middle-aged calligraphers' seal cutting exhibition, and the first prize in the "Guardian Light" national art exhibition.
199 1 year, his works won the second national seal cutting appraisal and exhibition Excellence Award of Xiling Printing Press. In September of the same year, he went to Japan and settled in Nagoya. Zou Tao's seal cutting was published in 1992, and Zou Tao's paintings were published in 1996.
