Zhu Yuanzhang was the founding emperor of the Ming Dynasty. He was talented and far-sighted. He is also a tyrant who hates evil and kills people like crazy. He was the emperor who killed the most meritorious officials in Chinese history. Zhu Yuanzhang once invented a cruel punishment to kill corrupt officials and meritorious officials. Just because he wrote a poem to praise Zhu Yuanzhang, he was suspected of being brutal and executed by Zhu Yuanzhang.
Shi Laifu was a famous monk of Linji Sect in the late Yuan Dynasty and early Ming Dynasty. He not only has profound Buddhist attainments, but also is a famous poet and calligrapher. His collection of poems and calligraphy works have been passed down to later generations. Maybe it's because Zhu Yuanzhang also worked as a monk when he was young and depressed. Therefore, Zhu Yuanzhang had a very close relationship with his nine-year-old eminent monk Shi Laifu. Zhu Yuanzhang not only gave Shi Laifu a golden robe, but also made him a monk for a time.
But accompanying a king is like accompanying a tiger. A generation of eminent monk Shi Laifu was killed just because of a trivial matter, which angered the tyrant Zhu Yuanzhang.
One day in 1391 AD, Zhu Yuanzhang, who had been the founding emperor of the Ming Dynasty for more than 20 years, invited a generation of eminent monks Shi Laifu to the palace for a banquet. After enjoying the delicious food, Shi Laifu expressed his gratitude to Zhu Yuanzhang, the founding emperor of the Ming Dynasty, and Bai's poetry flourished. He picked up a writing brush and wrote a poem to Zhu Yuanzhang, the emperor of the Ming Dynasty, to express his respect and gratitude to Zhu Yuanzhang: The flowers in Qi Garden are blowing incense at dawn, and the cassocks are held in hand near the imperial bed; the colorful clouds under the palace are bright and the pheasants are tailing, and the red bean sprouts are moving in the seat. Dragon light. The golden plate Suhe comes to a special realm, the jade bowl awakens the wine and comes out from above; the piles are stacked in vain to inherit the gifts from heaven, and I am ashamed of my lack of virtue and recite the Tao and Tang Dynasties. ?
Shi Laifu's poem can be called a very ironic "flattery poem". The dinner he had with Zhu Yuanzhang was very vivid, with a feeling of gratitude and tears.
According to the law, Zhu Yuanzhang will be very happy after reading it. Unexpectedly, Zhu Yuanzhang became furious. Why is he suddenly angry?
First of all, there is a word "书" in Shi Laifu's poem. What's the difference? In Zhu Yuanzhang's view, this was obviously scolding him!
Second, the last sentence of Schreif’s poem is “Inferiority and no virtue, recite Tao Tang”. Who do you say has no virtue? Why can't you carry the Tang Dynasty? Is it because Zhu Wen ruined the Tang Dynasty, insinuating that Zhu Yuanzhang is a descendant of Zhu Wen, and calling me Zhu Yuanzhang as immoral as Zhu Wen?
We should know that Zhu Wen, the founding emperor of the Later Liang Dynasty, had a reputation for cruelty and immorality in history, and was called "Pseudo Liang" by later generations. Zhu Yuanzhang was afraid that someone would say that he was a descendant of Zhu Wen. When Zhu Yuanzhang proclaimed himself emperor, someone suggested that Zhu Yuanzhang recognize Zhu Wen as his ancestor. Zhu Yuanzhang was immediately killed by Zhu Yuanzhang.
So Zhu Yuanzhang scolded Schlaifu: "What do you mean?" The word "Shu" in the poem is obviously scolding me: the vicious Zhu Yuanzhang. At the end of the poem, he said: "I am ashamed to recite Tao Tang", I don't study, are you bullying me? This obviously shows that I do not have the virtues of Zhu Wen. I am ashamed of the Tang Dynasty! ?
After Zhu Yuanzhang called for troops, he put the bold monk in prison and beat him to death at high speed! ?
The 72-year-old Shi Laifu was ordered to be executed in this way by Zhu Yuanzhang. This can be said to be one of the great joys of life, but also a great sorrow. It was really unprepared.
So why did Zhu Yuanzhang kill Shi Laifu? Just because of a ?special? and the last line of the poem? Obviously, this reason is not enough to convince the public.
Zhu Yuanzhang added more guilt to Shi Laifu, calling him "Hu Weiyong's accomplice". Hu Weiyong was the last prime minister in Chinese history. Zhu Yuanzhang killed Hu Weiyong for power and permanently abolished the position of prime minister. At this time, Hu Weiyong had been killed for 11 years, which was different from the Feng Ma Niu described by Shi Laifu. However, Zhu Yuanzhang was the emperor's golden tongue. He accused Shi Lai again, and no one dared to say another word.
As a generation of eminent monks, Shi Laifu should live his whole life and should not make friends with powerful people. However, Shi Laifu liked to make friends with the princes, kings and court ministers of the Ming Dynasty, such as Liu Bowen and Song Lian, the famous ministers of the Ming Dynasty. What Zhu Yuanzhang was most worried about was the collusion between Zhu Yuanzhang and the heroes. It was Zhu Yuanzhang who was accused of "Hu Weiyong's accomplice" and brutally murdered Shi Laifu.
In addition, Shi Laifu was a scholar in the Yuan Dynasty. He was an official of the Yuan Dynasty and very talented. However, after the founding of the People's Republic of China and the Ming Dynasty, Zhu Yuanzhang became a monk. Zhu Yuanzhang of the Ming Dynasty once asked him to return to the secular world and become an official, but Shi Laifu refused.
Do you look at the Yuan Dynasty and despise the Ming Dynasty? It can be said that Yuanzhang had been dissatisfied with Shi Laifu for a long time, but Shi Laifu's poem praising Zhu Yuanzhang's merits inadvertently became the trigger for Zhu Yuanzhang to kill him.
