2010 Public Recruitment Announcement for Public Institutions Affiliated to the Nonferrous Geology Bureau of Yunnan Province

The institutions affiliated to the Nonferrous Geology Bureau of Yunnan Province shall be approved by the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security based on work needs. , openly recruiting 28 staff members from the public, the recruitment-related matters are now announced as follows:

1. Recruitment principles

3. Recruitment targets

Graduates with academic qualifications recognized by the education administration department.

4. Recruitment conditions

1. Have the nationality of the People’s Republic of China, enjoy the political rights of citizens, support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, love the motherland, and Socialism;

2. Be law-abiding, of good conduct, and passionate about geology;

3. Under 35 years old;

4. Relevant materials with relevant certificates, majors and skills required for the recruitment position.

5. Registration

1. Registration time and location: July 15 to 16, 2010, register in the lobby on the first floor of the Yunnan Provincial Talent Exchange Center, Renmin Middle Road, Kunming City. Time: 9:00-11:00 am, 3:00-5:00 pm.

2. Registration precautions and qualification review methods:

(1) Each applicant can only apply for one position.

(2) Applicants who meet the recruitment requirements must register with the "Employment Recommendation Form for Fresh College and Technical Secondary School Graduates" or their graduation certificate or degree certificate and original ID card.

(3) If you are unable to register directly on site due to special reasons, you can entrust others to register on your behalf with copies of relevant certificates and materials, and the originals will be reviewed during the written examination.

(4) When registering, each person should submit 2 recent small-sized photos without a hat and relevant materials required by the recruitment position. And fill in the "Registration Form for Yunnan Provincial Public Institution Applicants Examination".

The ratio of the number of recruits to the actual number of applicants is not less than 1:3. If it is less than 1:3, the position will be cancelled.

6. Examination

(1) Written examination

1. Written examination time and location: see the admission ticket for details.

2. Written test content: divided into two parts: public knowledge and professional foundation. The book used for the public knowledge examination is "The Examination Tutorial for the Recruitment of Staff in Public Institutions in Yunnan Province" published by Yunnan University Press in January 2010. The scope of the professional basic examination covers the professional basic theoretical knowledge required for each position. Public knowledge and professional foundation are converted into written test scores at 40% and 60% respectively.

3. Sort from high to low according to the written test scores, and determine the interview candidates according to the ratio of 1:2 between the number of recruits and the number of interviewees for each position.

(2) Interview

1. The interview time and location will be notified later.

2. Interview content: The professional and technical qualities required for the recruitment position account for 60%, and other comprehensive qualities account for 40%.

3. The written test score plus the interview score are the total score. The written test score and the interview score each account for 50% of the total score.

7. Physical Examination

According to the ranking of the total scores, candidates for the physical examination will be selected from high to low. With reference to the national civil servant physical examination standards, the recruiting unit will uniformly organize the candidates to take the physical examination to the designated hospital. A physical examination will be conducted and the cost of the physical examination will be borne by the examinee himself.

8. Assessment

The candidates will be selected based on the results of the physical examination, and the personnel department of the recruiting unit will evaluate the ideological and political performance, moral character, study and work performance of the proposed personnel, etc. The situation will be assessed and the application qualifications will be reviewed. The personnel to be recruited will be determined based on the ratio of 1:1 between the recruitment position and the number of people to be assessed.

9. Employment benefits

Publicize the confirmed candidates for employment. If the publicity does not affect the employment, it will be reported to the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security for approval and the employment procedures will be completed. Sign an employment contract with the employer and be included in the management of on-the-job employees of the public institution, and enjoy the wages, insurance, and welfare benefits stipulated by the state.

10. Others

All recruits must provide their graduation certificates and related certificates when reporting, otherwise they will not be hired.
