How do you view the business model in detail? This thing is too detailed to be the focus of PPT.
Pay insufficient attention to things.
You see, if you do two things at the same time in 1h, you will be distracted and waste time.
4 Sum up experience:
1 use 5W 1H method to disassemble a problem and find out what the general direction is to do.
2 deadline in advance, deliberately practice hourly work, and turn off all kinds of news tips halfway.
