In the first class, Teacher Fu got a fright.
"195 1 year, when I was admitted to the art department of Nanjing University, Miss Wang was my Chinese painting teacher and personally sent us from grade one to grade four! Some people say that we are the luckiest group of students, because Mr. Fu only taught art history before and never taught Chinese painting! " Speaking of his teacher, Yu, 72, is still as excited as his first class.
He said it was a classroom in Songpang Mei 'an, Nanda during the Six Dynasties. Mr. Fu is wearing an ordinary gray robe and holding a picture album by the famous painter Chen Zhifo in his arms. A pair of deep big eyes, quite energetic.
When they first met, Fu Baoshi gave Yu and his classmates a scare. After asking the names of the great painters, Fu Baoshi suddenly asked everyone, "I will test you today. Who can tell us something about the great painters in China history? " This stumped me just out of college. Everyone looked down, but no one could say it. Mr. Fu didn't blame the students at all. He smiled and said, "Well, a blank sheet of paper can draw the latest and most beautiful pictures. I will teach you well! "
Yu said that Mr. Fu Baoshi knew that he was a poor student, so he often gave him his own paper and ink, giving him special "guidance" in art. When he went out to sketch, he taught Yu how to draw plum blossoms. In addition to sketching, Fu Baoshi also took out beef jerky made by his wife Luo and gave these poor students a rare treat. What excites me most is that Mr. Fu made an exception and let him into his own studio, which is an unimaginable courtesy to others.
The art world says that Fu Baoshi paints well because there are secret weapons in his studio, so few people are allowed into his studio. /kloc-in the autumn of 0/959, it was Fu Baoshi who just created a picture of Shaoshan Songcui for Jiangsu Hall of the Great Hall of the People. Because of the large picture, Fu Baoshi asked Yu to help in the studio.
I thought that the studio of a famous painter like the teacher must be bright and clean, full of calligraphy and painting antiques, but when he walked in, it was not like this at all. Yu said that Mr. Fu's studio was almost crude, and there was almost nothing on the wall and the ground except a big wooden box and a few rolls of paper leaning against the corner. The legendary Fu Baoshi Mystery Studio is like this!
Yu/Kloc-0 graduated from university in 1995 and was assigned to work in Jiangsu Fine Arts Studio and Provincial Department of Culture after graduation. Because of his work, he often meets his teacher. Yu told reporters that 1959, as a younger generation, he had the honor to cooperate with famous painters and painters such as Fu Baoshi,, and Jiang Ren on a flower-and-bird painting, which is unforgettable so far.
It was the winter of 1959, and the province held an important meeting in the CPPCC Auditorium of Fu Hougang. Many provincial and municipal leaders and celebrities in the literary and art circles attended the meeting. Suddenly, Fu Baoshi called Yu and asked him to prepare tools and paper for painting. It turns out that many painters wanted to paint at the meeting. I came to the meeting with a pen and paper. Mr Chen Zhifo started with a pen and drew an elegant wintersweet in the lower right corner of Sijiaoxuan. "Who's next?" Someone asked. Mr. Fu Baoshi suddenly said, "Hi-tech, you come!" I thought I heard wrong, and all the people present were the top figures in Jiangsu painting and calligraphy circles at that time. Yu, a student, dare not write casually. But Fu Baoshi encouraged him. I finally got up the courage to draw a brilliant red camellia under wintersweet. Fu Baoshi and Chen Zhifo both gave him an approving smile.
Next, Fu Baoshi added a stalagmite to the painting, Mr. Jiang Ren drew three starlings, and the famous calligrapher Hu Xiaoshi wrote the inscription "Spring Festival". After being framed, this photo of Spring Festival couplets hung in the auditorium of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference for a long time, but it disappeared during the Cultural Revolution. Many years later, I heard that this painting was collected by Nanjing Museum. He specially took a photo and put it in the study as a permanent witness of his friendship with the teacher.
