What does this Sanskrit tattoo mean?

These are Siddhant Sanskrit texts. The top big character is s'rī (pronounced "西里-" which means "auspicious"). The following two lines are after the Prajnaparamita Heart Sutra. The Revealing Mantra, that is, the Sanskrit text of "Revealing Revealing Para-gate Pārasam-gete", reads vertically from top to bottom, from right to left it is gate-gate para-gate pārasam-gete? bodhi svāhā, the Sanskrit pronunciation is "gatugatbala katubalasam kathubadisva-ha-" (the mark "-" means that the pronunciation of the previous word should be prolonged and pronounced as a long sound). However, Buddhist mantras are required to be recited or written, framed and hung before being tattooed. Tattoos are illegal.
