This impetuous society often makes us lack our own independent thinking and follow the mainstream of society blankly. When we realize it, there will only be more sighs and feelings. Learning calligraphy requires quiet people to get close to the ancients, so that the words can be quiet, the environment can be quiet and the meaning can be far away.

Learning books is unhurried, and artistic achievements can be recognized and respected by the world at a young age, which is also rare in history. Bai Di said it well: The process of calligraphy learning should be beginning (naivety)-carving (seeking beauty)-perfecting (returning to the original). It is not advisable for many contemporary scholars to create works lacking details with ideals and pursuits beyond the historical development track. I think the longest calligraphy time should be in the process of carving (seeking beauty). In this way, the calligrapher's level grew, his knowledge gradually improved, his works stood the test of history, and finally reached the realm of the old man and the book.
