Some people call me grandma, others call me mom,
My old eyes are squinting, but my heart is full of joy;
When I was sixty years old, I lived a simple and elegant life.
In your spare time, you can boil water to make tea, use pen, ink, paper and inkstone.
Practice calligraphy occasionally and enjoy it;
When I reach 60, it will be stormy outside.
I raise fish and shrimp myself, plant grass and flowers in the yard,
Climb some green vines on the wall and some red flowers on the balcony;
When I am in my sixties, I will look through old things.
Looking back on my busy career, I brushed away the dust of memory.
I used to hit the water halfway, and I used to be heroic;
When I am 60 years old, I will look at this river flowing eastward.
Look at the sunset, don't go through the years of youth,
Just sigh that the years are ruthless, adding wrinkles and hair;
When I am 60 years old, I will sing devoutly.
Turn the auspicious prayer cone and raise the blessing "Ronda".
Listen to the Sanskrit chanting of the Heart Sutra, and seek to avoid all wrong punishments;
When I was sixty, my wife was deaf and blind.
Still careful and gentle, not complaining,
Hold your hand, grow old with your son, and promise to keep your life flashy;
When I am in my prime, I won't be greedy for wealth.
Not bound by fame and fortune, but longing for peace and joy,
Writing warms the heart, cooking words to cure hunger;
When I am 60 years old, the past will never come back.
If you don't pursue the boundless future, there will be regret and sadness.
Still honest and innocent, with a clear conscience and no regrets;
When I am sixty, I will practice Tai Chi in the morning.
Soak your feet and go to bed early at night, no more toasts,
Remember health care, accompanied by a glass of white water;
When I was 60, my old friends and relatives,
The crane has driven the west and the flowers have fallen into the water.
The mountains are high and the sea is deep, which I cherish in my heart;
When I was in my sixties and the sun was shining on the roof,
The children are playing in front of the door, wearing mirrors and lying on the chair against the wall.
White clouds are floating overhead, and the wind is floating in the ear;
When I was in my sixties, flowers blossomed and fell,
Take it easy and wave calmly, and Qian Shan will go all the way.
Everything goes with the flow and life is stable;
When I was in my prime, right and wrong were running water,
Vanity is vanity, things change,
Clouds, waters and mountains are empty, and the red dust lurks;
When I was in my prime, if I was born with brilliant fireworks,
Burn out your youth in an instant, and the wind and cloud will snap your fingers in an instant.
No matter when it is all-powerful, it is just a handful of yellow sand;
By the time I was 60, my figure had declined.
If the house decays and collapses and the heart still has old dreams,
Pick an orchid and keep your heart quiet and elegant.
