Zou Guisheng, a famous calligrapher, came to Wang Xizhi —— Preface to Lanting

Preface to Lanting is a book written by Wang Xizhi at the age of 47. It tells the story of Wang Xizhi's great tour with friends and literati in Lanting. The whole article is written calmly and full of vitality. It was honored as "the best calligraphy in the world" by later scholars. "Preface to the Lanting Pavilion" has 327 words, which is a natural stroke, changing structure and brushwork, cleverly without any trace of arrangement. This kind of work based on superior qualifications and profound contributions has been rated as "the best running script in the world", which really deserves its reputation. Lanting calligraphy conforms to the most basic aesthetic view of traditional calligraphy, that is, "literary but not flashy, qualitative but not wild, not vigorous and not vigorous, gentle and elegant". The brushwork of Inner Fear emphasizes the strength of bones, the combination of rigidity and softness, and the simple and concise stippling; There are countless ways to change the way of writing. There are more than ten ways to write the word "zhi" alone, which has become a model in the traditional format of "the beauty of neutralization". For more than 1000 years, scholars of past dynasties have been writing on the basis of Preface to Lanting. People used to regard the calligrapher's writing level of Preface to Lanting as the standard to measure his traditional skills.

Wang Xizhi's running script is like running water, in which Lanting narrative is the most important; On March 3rd and 9th, Emperor Yonghe of Jin Mu and officials of the right army toured Yin Shan, and got together with Sun Tongcheng, Xie An and other 4/kloc-0 people in Lanting, Huiji. Drinking and writing poems, I wrote a preface and a preface collection with specially selected moustache and cocoon paper, with 324 words, of which 20 words are "zhi", with different postures and rich aesthetics. The writing of this post is like a godsend, and it has the reputation of "powerful charm and unparalleled".

The right army was passed on to future generations until the seventh generation of Sun Zhiyong, leaving it to the debater. Later, he was "cheated" into the court by Emperor Taizong. Fascinated by his handwriting, Emperor Taizong ordered Zhao Mo, a scribe, to copy several copies to the king, ministers and originals and bury them in Zhaoling. When he was in Wuhou, Hua Huan dug his hair and the original one came back. It is included in the inner mansion of Xuanzong, and the carved stone is placed in the bachelor's college, named "Preface to Ding Wulan". He died after Song Jin. But this book is different from the ink book handed down today, and it is difficult to determine what it looks like.
