There are several kinds of Tai Ji Chuan. Why is there Chen's head up and Wu's Tai Chi?

There are many schools in Tai Ji Chuan, such as Chen, Yang, Sun, Wu, Wu, Wudang and Zhaobao.

The Origin of Yang-style Tai Ji Chuan;

One of the schools of Tai Ji Chuan was founded by Yang Fukui (Lu Chan) (1800-1873), a native of Yongnian, Hebei. He teaches Tai Ji Chuan in Beijing. In order to meet the health care needs of the dignitaries and the "dead" frail old people in Qing Dynasty, he modified the rigidity, jumping and difficult movements of the old Tai Ji Chuan to create a Yang-style Tai Ji Chuan frame, which was later modified and finalized by his grandson Yang Chengfu (1883- 1936). Now the traditional Yang-style Tai Ji Chuan style is based on Yang Chengfu's boxing frame in his later years, with eighty-five styles and thirty-seven strokes. Good at stretching, gentle posture, smooth and concise movements, even speed and continuity. The whole posture is rigorous, straight and complete, light and calm, vigorous and solemn. Yang Chengfu summed up the training methods of Yang-style Tai Ji Chuan into ten essentials, namely: strengthening the mind, holding out the chest and pulling out the back, loosening the waist, separating the virtual from the real, sinking the shoulders and dropping the elbows, not exerting force, following up and down, combining inside and outside, continuously connecting, and seeking quietness while moving.

The Origin of Sun Style Tai Ji Chuan;

One of the schools of Tai Ji Chuan was founded by Sun Lutang (1862— 1932), a native of Dingxian County, Hebei Province in the late Qing Dynasty. On the basis of Wu's Taiji Biography, it was created by absorbing the footwork of Xingyi Boxing, the agile posture of twisting the eight diagrams palm and two boxing methods. This boxing action is small and light, with one step higher, one round softer, light conversion and many changes in action direction. Step forward and backward, operation opening and closing.

The Origin and Inheritance of Wu-style Tai Ji Chuan;

When Wu, a native of Daxing, Hebei Province, went to Beijing to give boxing, his father learned from Tai Ji Chuan, and then from Yang, the second son of Hou, and gradually revised it on the basis of Tai Ji Chuan at home, which was improved and polished by Wu, forming a school, namely "Wu Tai Ji Chuan".

Wu-style Tai Ji Chuan is famous for its softness, inclined and upright, quiet and natural, and moderate size. When pushing the hand, keep quiet and don't move. Be good at it.

Wu-style Tai Ji Chuan is divided into north and south factions. The Southern School was inherited by Wu, and the descendants mainly included Wu Gongzao, Wu Gongyi, Wu and Ma Yueliang. The Northern School was inherited by Wang Maozhai, and its descendants mainly included Zhao Tiean and Yang Yuting, followed by Zhao Anxiang, Li Jingwu and Wang Peisheng.

Introduction of Wushu Tai Ji Chuan;

Tai Ji Chuan is one of the five schools of traditional Tai Ji Chuan in China, and its reasoning is rich, complete, profound and delicate. It means "giving priority to Tai Chi (inner shape), using inner strength, practicing Qi with heart, and integrating essence, Qi and spirit". Its technical characteristics are "beating people with the help of the enemy's changes", controlling the outward movements with the change of emotions, emphasizing the inner strength without revealing the appearance, and achieving the magical realm of artificial self-control, but I am not artificial.

Tai Ji Chuan, a martial art, is a small and compact differential form created by Mr. Wu Yuxiang on the basis of Chen Tai Ji Chuan and Zhao Bao Tai Ji Chuan, which integrates physical fitness, self-defense and self-cultivation, and is suitable for literati to practice. Later, it was called Tai Ji Chuan, a martial arts style. In the practice of practicing this set of boxing, Mr. Wu Yuxiang has formed a set of classic-Wu's Tai Ji Chuan Theory, which is concise and without floating words.

Taiji Chuan, a martial artist, is called Lao Mei, without affectation. Hands high and eyebrows high are not enough. Each hand is in charge of half of the body, and they do not cross each other. They pay attention to the combination of internal and external, and they will be folded when they advance and retreat. The latent air dominates the form, and their feet are like writing calligraphy on the earth. They strictly follow the rules, fight with others, do not pay attention to tricks, and pay attention to practical work.

Chen Guan and Wu of Xingtai Wushu Research Association are outstanding representatives of Wushu Tai Ji Chuan.

Zhao Bao Tai Chi Chuan:

Tai Ji Chuan of Zhaobao, who studied in Wang Zongyue, Shanxi Province in Ming Dynasty, was handed down from generation to generation in Zhaobao Village, Henan Province, and was handed down from generation to generation by teacher Chen Qingping. Among them, the descendants of Zhaobao Village and the teachers of Zhaoyuan have the highest martial arts. Due to Zhao Baocun's strict rules, Zuxun was kept secret for generations. So far, outsiders don't know much about the biography of Zhaobao Taiji.

Zhaobao Taiji Legend was formed in Zhaobao Town, wen county City, Henan Province. There are two theories about its origin. A legend was created by Zhang Sanfeng, the founder of Wudang Tai Ji Chuan, spread by Wudang Tai Ji Chuan and taught by Wang Zongyue. There are Xing Xihuai, Zhang, Jingbo Chen, Zhang Yan, Chen Qingping, Zhang Jingzhi, etc. After hundreds of years of argumentation and learning skills, they have been passed down from generation to generation. Another way of saying this is that Chen Taiji introduced a new routine, which was originally created by Chen Qingping, a disciple of Chen Youben. It is characterized by compactness, slow movement, and gradually adding circles after practice, which is extremely complicated. Because it first spread in Zhaobao Town, wen county City, Henan Province, people called it "Zhaobao Frame". Whether the Zhaobao framework originated from Wudang or Chenjiagou is still inconclusive.
