Zhang Yong, the first master of Chinese painting in Central Plains.
Zhang Yong, whose real name is Yu Xiang, was born in Tongbai County, Henan Province in 197 1. Member of China Folk Writers Association, Master of Arts and Crafts in Henan Province. He is currently the vice president of China Century Collection Calligraphy Art Creation Institute. He is good at drawing animals, especially cows. He is famous for cows and is known as "the first cow in the Central Plains". Representative works include long scrolls, such as A Hundred Cows, Parting Hooves, Cowboy, Land to the Tiller, and Guanyin with a Thousand Hands. Many of his works won prizes in the national painting and calligraphy competition. A number of media conducted interviews and reports. Since 1997, many works have been collected by friends in the United States, Germany, Britain, South Korea, Singapore and other countries.
