The food safety supervision of group dinners is also the focus and difficulty of our market supervision department. Participants should realize that the real food safety of catering services is not supervised by our law enforcement departments, but realized by the catering service managers, managers and employees present in daily work according to law. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the knowledge and management level of food safety laws and regulations of catering service operators, managers and employees, and standardize their business behavior.

As a food safety supervision department, our next work direction is to take the new version of the Food Safety Law as the criterion and the relevant laws and regulations of the State Council as the basis, strictly control the chaos, increase the punishment, and conduct on-site supervision and inspection of catering service units with greater risks in combination with quantitative and hierarchical management of food safety and special rectification.
