Jing Shun Siimpermanence Calligraphy

If a tree wants to grow upwards, it must first take root downwards. So do people. Only by learning to accumulate and precipitate first can we become strong.

The height of life can never be achieved overnight. The best way to precipitate yourself is to be proud of the spring breeze, to be patient and to withstand the trough.

1. Self-discipline in prosperity

People who are in the midst of prosperity are pushed away by all kinds of excitement and noise, and it is easy to have an illusion of being on cloud nine.

Too complacent and self-indulgent, the more prosperous you are in the end, the more restrained you must be.

Develop the habit of self-discipline.

Don't let yourself be influenced by people and things around you, let alone indulge in comfort and enjoyment, and let yourself stop. When life is smooth sailing, what we should do most is to be more aggressive and make greater efforts than before.

We should take a long-term view, find the internal driving force of action, and then make use of all the advantages of resources to continuously bless and enhance ourselves. At the same time, plan and manage the time, make a list of tasks, make the learning objectives of each day concrete and visual, and put an end to useless social interaction.

People's energy is limited and should be reserved for sincere and beneficial relationships, not wasted on ineffective social interaction.

A truly mature person knows how to subtract from life. Make the circle smaller, stay away from meaningless people and things, maintain self-discipline in prosperity and keep the course of life.

Reflect in a quiet place

It is very important for everyone to learn to get along quietly with themselves. There are two kinds of loneliness, one is passive loneliness and the other is active loneliness.

The former always wants to escape from a person's situation, expecting someone to accompany and understand, and as a result, he falls into deeper anxiety and panic. For the latter, loneliness is not only not terrible, but also full of fun. They know that people must have their own time and space.

Many times, we are always busy because we lack the ability to reflect on ourselves. If people are confused, they can't know themselves correctly and can't see the essence of the problem, which will only increase anxiety and self-blame.

The best way to cure fatigue and confusion is to sit down and think quietly and save your mind. This process is also a process of helping yourself to mature.

No matter how busy life is, we should stop at the right time and make time for reflection and introspection. Always thinking about myself, always saving my body, always repairing my behavior. Only by enjoying loneliness and maintaining inner peace and persistence can flower of life bloom invincible forever.

3. Self-improvement at low tide

Life is impermanent, with high-light moments and low-light moments. Many people are used to lamenting the helplessness of life and complaining about the cruelty of reality when they encounter a trough.

As everyone knows, this is a critical period to test a person's willpower. A truly wise person knows how to settle for a low ebb and takes it as a reminder.

If your talent can't support your work, you should calm down and study; If you can't control your goal, you should calm down and experience it.

Similarly, the trough is a good opportunity for a person to upgrade and add value. Seeing the boundaries of your abilities, knowing which direction to work hard, and then patiently giving yourself a period of time to settle down slowly, this is not terrible. The terrible thing is that you chose to give up first and never recovered.

In fact, life is like a cauldron. When you reach the bottom of the pot, you will go uphill in any direction.

So, don't lose heart, let alone give up easily. What we should do is to swallow our complaints, enlarge the pattern and concentrate.

The worst time is often the best beginning. As long as you hold your breath and keep moving forward, you will usher in your own growth.
