The provincial unified examination is organized by the whole province. Since 2024, Shaanxi has set up six provincial-level unified examinations for music, dance, table (guide) performance, broadcasting and hosting, art design and calligraphy, and no longer organizes unified examinations for basic courses of broadcasting and choreography. The examination methods for drama majors shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education.
It is strictly forbidden to recruit college teachers and staff majoring in art to participate in pre-test counseling.

The calculation formula of comprehensive score is: comprehensive score = college entrance examination score ×50%+ (full score in provincial unified examination × full score in college entrance examination) ×50%.
