Tang Guoqiang is an actor and director of film and television in China. He is a first-class actor of China National Theatre, a member of China Calligraphers Association and a special actor of Mao Zedong.
In 1979, he won the 1979 Outstanding Youth Creation Award, the "Top Ten TV Actors" and the "First National Top 1 TV Workers" by the Ministry of Culture for playing Zhao Yongsheng in Little Flower, and was nominated as the best actor in Golden Eagle and the outstanding actor in Feitian.
