Intellectual property rights mainly include trademark right, patent right, copyright and new plant variety right. Before the organizer holds an organizational meeting or activity, the participating enterprises or individuals have legally held one of the above rights, which shall be protected by law and shall not be infringed by any unit or individual. The organizer of the event shall not use language to illegally deprive the obligee of the above rights. If it causes consequences, it shall be liable for tort compensation according to law.
