Sweep the dust-sweep the dust from the sun
Dust removal, dust removal is year-end cleaning. Because it is said that this day is the day when the kitchen god goes to heaven, it is necessary to sacrifice to the kitchen god. The folk song "Twenty-three, Melon Stick" lasts from the 23rd of the twelfth lunar month to New Year's Eve every year, which is called "Spring Festival" or "Cleaning Day" by China folks. The north is called "sweeping the floor" and the south is called "dust removal". Sweeping dust during the Spring Festival is a traditional custom of the Chinese nation.
As for me, I remember when I was a child, when the Chinese New Year approached, people had to clean up their homes inside and outside. At that time, many houses were wooden-walled buildings with coal stoves on, and because they were poor at that time, they were not often cleaned. So there will be a lot of dust, and there will be cobwebs on the roof, which is also commonly known as "dust". Therefore, "dusting" is something that must be done before the New Year, and "dust" should be completely eliminated.
Now, with the improvement of living standards, cement steel bars have replaced board-wall buildings, electrification and coal gasification have replaced coal stoves, and it seems that every family will clean up once a week, and the house is relatively clean, so there is no need to clean it like this. But in this way, I feel a lot less fun.
Knock white glutinous rice flour
Glutinous rice flour is the kind of flour used to make glutinous rice balls.
I remember when I was a child, glutinous rice flour was smashed out with glutinous rice in a jar. The specific method is to soak glutinous rice for a few days until two fingers swell, and then take a bamboo dustpan, basket, spoon, etc. Knock on those who have pheasants.
There is a log about three or four meters long. At the top of the log, there is a vertical head about 0.5 meters long, which is wrapped with iron, facing the nest made of stones below, and the tail is made into two wings, just embedded in the stone door fixed on both sides.
People step on the tail of the rice bowl with their feet, let the rice bowl beat the glutinous rice in the rice bowl up and down, beat the glutinous rice into powder, then sift the fine flour repeatedly with a reed sieve, then put the remaining rice grains into the rice bowl and beat it again until it is all smashed into powder, and then put it in a big dustpan to dry in the shade.
Brew liqueur
Sweet wine is made by steaming glutinous rice into rice, pouring it into a big dustpan with hot air, stirring it evenly with sweet wine medicine, then putting it into a big casserole, wrapping it with a broken quilt and putting it by the fire to gradually raise the temperature in the pot. After more than ten days, the fragrance of wine was slowly released, and then the quilt was lifted. There is wine floating in the big casserole, then put the liqueur in the earthen jar and cover it with a layer of cloth to make an altar of liqueur.
Be Ba Huang.
Ba Huang steamed glutinous rice, rubbed soybeans and sugar by hand, and wrapped it with corn leaves to make a yellow rake, which is glutinous and sweet and used for frying, frying and baking. They are delicious.
Post the word "Fu" and write Spring Festival couplets.
Shuo Wen Jie Zi said: "Red, silk is red and white." Red is the most traditional color in China. It is warm warmth, and it is a shallow beauty in life. The red couplets, the word "Fu" and Chinese knots, especially the big word "Fu" on red paper, perfectly show the "good luck" and "both happiness and longevity" expected by China people. Red and the word "Fu" place people's longing for a happy life. For China people, it is not enough to just stick the word "Fu", but also to match the Spring Festival couplets. During the Spring Festival, no matter in urban or rural areas, every household should choose a red "Fu" and a pair of red Spring Festival couplets to stick on the door to add festive atmosphere to the festival.
I remember when I was a child, the Spring Festival couplets in my hometown were all written by people. At that time, people who wrote well in calligraphy were basically surrounded. The family invited him with red paper, and so did the family. Many people are surrounded by this "cultural man". Although this "cultural man" is not a calligrapher and has never received a penny for writing Spring Festival couplets, he writes with great care and devotion.
Now Spring Festival couplets are ready-made, and handwritten Spring Festival couplets have become a thing of the past.
Setting off firecrackers
I remember when I was a child, every 24th of the twelfth lunar month, firecrackers would be heard one after another in villagers' homes in neighboring villages, and I knew that the Spring Festival was coming.
At that time, firecrackers were all dismantled and opened. At the end of the year, there are stalls selling firecrackers, smashing guns, red clay, stringing monkeys, and a lightning arrow, which is very powerful. Bad boys always throw firecrackers at other children, and timid little girls cover their ears to watch firecrackers crackle ... Later, they said that firecrackers were set off because they were afraid of hurting people or causing fires, so for safety, the government stipulated that firecrackers were not allowed.
Today, with the ban on flogging, "firecrackers say goodbye to the old year" is no longer the standard for the Spring Festival. When we were young, we danced around firecrackers, as if it were yesterday.
Open the photo album of the years, when I was a child, the New Year's day was like a clump of green in the snow, which made me feel fresh forever. As the folk song says: "Twenty-three, send the master to heaven; Twenty-four, sweeping the house; Twenty-five, steamed dumplings; Twenty-six, cut meat; Twenty-seven, tin cleaner; Twenty-eight, sloppy; Twenty-nine, washing feet; On the 30th, the door gods and couplets were pasted together. "It is said that the ceremony has been completed, and the Spring Festival is full of flavor. In today's rich material and accelerated pace of life, these rituals that have been circulated for thousands of years can no longer bring the taste of the New Year, and houses and cookers can be cleaned and scrubbed at any time; Chicken, duck, fish, Ba Huang and other foods are available every day; Whether the word "fu" is affixed with couplets or not. ...
In this way, I lost the feeling of being a child and the eagerness to look forward to the New Year when I was a child. The most important festival in China has also become ordinary and ordinary. I lost my expectation for it, leaving only memories!
