The main text is a poem by Li Bai: The White Emperor's speech to the court is among the colorful clouds, and the thousand miles of rivers and mountains are returned in one day. The apes on both sides of the bank can't stop crying, and the boat has passed the Ten Thousand Mountains.
The signature is: Comrade Jiayou Zhengzhi, Guihai Mengdong Qi Xia Shu
The two seals are: Wang Shi, Qi Xia.
