Is the art major easy to learn?
Learning to draw is not difficult in itself. Specifically, what do you want to learn to draw? If you are interested in painting, it is not difficult at all. If you want to paint, you can, but if you want to learn to paint in order to have a skill in the future, or for work needs, it may be different. Then you must spend some time on painting. If you are a zero-based painting, I suggest you take a class first, and a professional teacher will help you lay a good foundation and pave the way for the future.
