In order to fully implement the spirit of the national and our city’s education work conference, implement the national medium and long-term education development plan, establish an educational development concept with quality improvement as the core, establish a teaching management system and teaching and research working mechanism with quality improvement as the core, and effectively To strengthen and improve school classroom teaching, our school adheres to the scientific outlook on development as its guidance, quality-based schooling as its purpose, advances with the times, and pioneers and innovates. To comprehensively improve the quality of education and teaching and provide education that satisfies the people, we now propose the following implementation plan for our school’s measures to “center on the implementation of teaching objectives, comprehensively strengthen teaching management, and comprehensively improve the quality of classroom teaching.”
1. Guiding ideology
Starting from the actual situation of the school, guiding the overall teaching work with the scientific outlook on development, guiding the subject teaching direction with subject curriculum standards, in order to carry out "classroom teaching quality improvement" "Year" activity as a carrier, with the quality of classroom teaching as the main line, and with the improvement of teacher quality and the establishment of a teaching management system and teaching research work mechanism as a guarantee, we will comprehensively promote quality education and promote the continuous and steady improvement of the quality of education and teaching in our school. Get rid of the misunderstanding of "utilitarianism and formalism"; get rid of the current situation of "students are miserable, teachers are tired, and efficiency is low"; and achieve the goal of "improving teachers' abilities, improving classroom efficiency, improving quality, and reducing students' burden".
2. Work ideas
Focus on one center: improving the quality of classroom teaching.
Implement two key points: first, the cultivation of students’ good study habits; second, the improvement of teachers’ teaching abilities.
Strengthen three studies: first, strengthen research on school-based curriculum; second, strengthen research on topics or special topics; third, strengthen research on routine management of teaching. (With lesson preparation, class, and post-class reflection as the main content, explore high-quality classroom teaching models, establish a classroom teaching evaluation standard system, and further improve the teaching management system and teaching and research working mechanism.)
Achieve four improvements: That is to say, the teaching and research level of teachers has been significantly improved; the students' writing quality has been significantly improved; the practical value of the classroom has been significantly improved; and the overall teaching quality has been significantly improved.

6. Responsibilities of on-site leadership and supervision:
1. Participate in language and mathematics teaching and research meetings or seminars in the grade group in charge on time every week.
2. Visit the grade group at least twice a month and keep records.
(1) Supervise whether grade-level teachers attend classes according to the schedule.
(2) Supervise whether grade-level teachers carefully prepare lessons and prepare students’ homework before attending class. (Teaching plans must be brought into the class during class)
(3) Supervise grade teachers’ after-class assignments and corrections, students’ after-class assignment corrections, after-class reflections and tutoring of students with learning difficulties.
(4) Supervise whether teachers of grade-level comprehensive courses carefully prepare lessons, attend classes (whether they take students to the functional room for practical classes), and whether students master new class knowledge or skills and do homework after class. (Those who have homework will be inspected. Those who do not have homework will be exempted, but they must learn more about students’ learning and mastery.)
Note: If you find any problems during the inspection, please communicate with the teacher in time. Communicate and guide them to complete daily routine teaching well. You can also ask the grade group leader to report to the teaching office or directly give feedback to the principal's office. The teaching office will take the teaching and research team leaders to further communicate with the teacher and guide the teacher to make corrections.
