At this time, I suddenly felt inexplicably depressed, suddenly didn't want to talk, and had a sense of emptiness. I found it was normal when chatting with Master. Holding on to a goal, now that the goal has been achieved, I am not as excited as I thought, but a little lost. Suddenly I don't know where to go. Without goals and directions, I have no motivation.
Master asked me a few questions, which made me suddenly enlightened. It turns out that this is not my ultimate goal, but a small goal and a phased goal. Through master's combing, I also found that my ultimate goal is still there, not yet completed, and not deviated. This should be happy. Achieving this small goal will help me achieve my ultimate goal. So for me, the three-level folio is just the beginning, and there is still a long way to go, which can only be regarded as a new step and a new starting point.

How did you get on the road of opening a book? Actually, I haven't read a book since I graduated from junior high school. By the beginning of 20 17, under the leadership of my eldest son, Tu Tu, I fell in love with reading and embarked on the road of reading promotion. However, after several times of organization, it was gradually found that there was no guidance, there was not enough on-site participation, and fewer and fewer people participated. At this time, my friend introduced the post-it learning method of the book-opening gang, so it was out of control!
I especially like standing in front of Kan Kan and talking about its feeling. Maybe it's a good teacher, and it may be related to the feeling that normal schools bring me as a teacher. Book publishers are determined to become promoters of learning, which should be the so-called same values. So the goal of becoming a three-level division was determined.
20 17 10 learned about the book opening gang. 20 18 has been in operation for three years, and it has finally come to fruition, becoming a three-level book-opening artist who has just started. I can't remember some time nodes in the specific process. Let's review a few small achievements first.
20 17 12, the first national online training camp for opening books, I participated with my partners, opened books for the New Year, and graduated smoothly 18 18, with the total score ranking first. At the opening ceremony of the second phase, I also shared it as an excellent senior, and also beautifully circled a wave of powder-including the current master Zi Ling.
2065438+February 2008, just after the Spring Festival, we organized the first meeting of the steering preparatory group, and elected the convener, the education elders and the organization elders. I was not elected as an education veteran because of my outstanding performance in the training camp. Then began the activities of dividing books and training in the rudder.
I also have a hobby, that is, traveling everywhere. Combined with my studious psychology, I came up with the idea of studying abroad and participated in book opening activities in Guangzhou, Wuhan, Taiyuan and other cities.
On New Year's Day in 2020, Xinhua, who worked in Lu 'an Hospital and served as the convener before rudder splitting, introduced the calligraphy rudder splitting to colleagues and invited the Yellow River rudder splitting master Bei to give a lecture. As a result, Mr. Bei couldn't come temporarily, so I took the lead temporarily. Although a little uneasy, it was successfully completed, and the whole response was quite good. Success inspired me to continue to open this book.
In April 2020, before the epidemic completely ended, he rushed to Taiyuan to attend the certification course of Zhao Zhou's learning ability tutor and became a RIA learning ability tutor.
According to the course assignment requirements of the learning ability tutor, on April 23rd after I came back, I made the first live sharing in my life, and the theme of sharing was learning ability.
Based on the spread of the above events, more friends learned about the dismantling of calligraphy. In April 2020, I prepared for Shangdang to split the rudder again and was elected as the new convener of the rudder.
It's still the same as last time. After one or two activities, everyone's enthusiasm gradually faded, and the direct two-month activities before and after the National Day in 2020 could not be organized. So, 65438+February 65438+February, I spent 76 hours and traveled more than 2500 kilometers back and forth, all the way down to Wuxi to learn from my teacher. After learning the scriptures, I passed the 3-3 exam and got the 3-level certificate.
The motive should be pure.
At first, it was to improve their learning ability, promote reading and help others grow; The current insistence is to improve our ability to empower more people, better serve private enterprises and empower enterprises.
The method should be correct.
The classic teacher "Leap" mentioned three elements of utilitarian reading method: solving current problems and learning useful places with moderate difficulty. Judging from my motivation to learn to disassemble calligraphy, it just fits-because reading promotion has encountered a bottleneck, learning to disassemble calligraphy is to solve this problem, and it will be used in promotion activities immediately after learning. This kind of challenge and jumping is just right. In fact, the difficulty can be adjusted by yourself.
A three-level format has gone through three years. The middle is often a matter of subjective priority.
The hall of fame predecessors said that the third level was a deep pit, and I said it was a pit. Let's jump together! So I'm going to challenge two big pits-research and rudder operation.
I have admired the seminar for a long time, and finally I have a chance to abuse myself. There are three motives: mixing circles, practicing skills and choosing directions.
First of all, the steering operation should be turned positive. On the one hand, resources should be properly tilted to support two second-level fascicles to pass the third level; On the other hand, urge other members to pass the level, wait until level 2-3, and you can become the second level as soon as you walk in the door. This bidirectional force ensures that the rudder turns in the positive direction.
