The origin of cursive script:
In the Han Dynasty, there were two kinds of cursive scripts, Cao Zhang and Cao Jin. Cao Zhang is a cursive script evolved from official script in Han Dynasty, and Cao Jin was formed in Wei and Jin Dynasties. Zhang Zhi is one of the representatives, which flourished in the Tang Dynasty. The cursive script comes from the official script, and the scribbled official script is called Cao Zhang, such as the first aid chapter of Lu Ji; Today's cursive script was created by calligraphers (such as the two kings) in the Wei and Jin Dynasties on the basis of regular script and chapter return, and it is also a scribbled running script.
