2. Clean the tablet or plate to be expanded and dry it if necessary.
3. The ink should be boiled. The method is: ordinary ink with slightly better quality, adding appropriate amount of water gel and alum, simmering for about half an hour, and cooling for later use. (approximate ratio: ink: water gel: alum = 5kg: 0. 1 kg: 0.2kg).
4. Prepare a brush, a flapping brush and a stiff brush. Description: Spreading cicada wings, flapping with absorbent cotton, wrapped with cotton cloth, can be tied into balls with a diameter of 10- 15 cm, requiring two pieces; Wujintuo, with 8- 10 cm wide felt, rolled into a cylinder with a diameter of 5-8 cm, and tied tightly with a string; Crushing brushes and hard brushes can be bought at the mounting material store.
Operation process:
1. Take the soaked raw materials out of the plastic bag and put them between two flat wooden boards. One end of the board is slightly raised, and people stand on it to squeeze out water. Paste the rice paper extruded with water on the tablet or plate to be unfolded with a bristle brush. Don't push too hard, just brush it flat, and be careful not to wrinkle it.
2. Use a brush to evenly force and gradually compact from one side. Don't use force from the side, lest it break. Whether the tablets or tablets are positive or negative, the paper should be completely attached to the tablets or tablets. Dry.
3. Ink:
When the paper is 8-9% dry, start inking. You can try it from the edge space. If there is ink on it, it means it is too wet.
Wujintou: Dip the felt in a small amount of ink, rub it back and forth on the flat wooden board to make the ink on the felt uniform, and rub it gently on the writing board to master the amount of ink from the blank until it is completed.
Spreading cicada wings: Take a fly swatter made of absorbent cotton in one hand, dip one in a small amount of ink (mainly inking), and pat the other (supplemented by evenly inking). Repeat for many times to make the ink uniform, and then pat the writing board with the fly swatter to grasp the color and strength of the ink from the margin.
4. After all, gently remove the rice paper and dry it further, and the rubbings will be successful.
