Wu Qian was a famous prime minister in the Southern Song Dynasty. In the first year of the Qing Dynasty, he was promoted to Prime Minister Zuo and crowned Lord of the Kingdom, and later changed to Duke Xu. Wu Qian worked hard for the Southern Song Dynasty court all her life, but was later dismissed because of the exclusion of the powerful minister Jia Sidao.
According to historical records, Wu Qian was talented since she was a child, and because of her diligence and studiousness, she became famous for her poetry and calligraphy in her early years. Later, the elder took the imperial examination and won the first prize in Jiading ten years, which is what we often call the top scorer on the golden list. After becoming a Jinshi, he was appointed as the governor of the town.
In the fourth year of Shao's reign, he was promoted to the right position. When a fire broke out in Lin'an, Wu Qian was responsible for dealing with the disaster. When he wrote a letter explaining the cause of the disaster, he advised the emperor to be loyal to the virtuous and his ministers to stay away from villains. In response to this disaster, some suggestions were put forward, such as respecting one's own heart, providing relief to the people in a rhythmic manner. The disaster was under control. After the incident, due to his meritorious service in disaster relief, he served as the Minister of the Ministry of Personnel, and was later appointed as the rich Shao Qing and the general of Huaixi.
In the second year of Jia's reign, he served as Minister of War. At that time, the Hunan-Han line was completely defeated, the Song army suffered heavy losses, and the Mongolian army launched a large-scale attack on the Huaihe and Sanchuan areas. The Southern Song Dynasty court was at a critical moment of life and death. As the Minister of War of Wu Qian, he actively organized the rebel army and crossed the river overnight to attack the Mongolian army. After a bitter battle, the Mongolian army finally retreated, and the Southern Song Dynasty was trapped.
In the seventh year of Chun_, Wu got acquainted with the Privy Council members, participated in political affairs, and began to participate in the top secrets of the DPRK. Participation in politics can be said to be the reserve of the prime minister, and most prime ministers are selected from participation in politics.
In the first year of the Qing Dynasty, the Mongolian army attacked Wuhan, and the Southern Song Dynasty court faced a dilemma. In this difficult situation, Song Lizong appointed Wu Qian, the main combatant, as the prime minister and privy envoy of the left, and became the protector of the country.
Facing this situation, Wu Qian, who is nearly seventy years old, is not afraid at all. He was not afraid of danger, chose talented people to lead him, and strengthened his war preparations in the face of the Mongol threat.
When the elderly Wu Qian risked her life for the Southern Song Dynasty, a group of traitors stabbed Jia Sidao in the back. He repeatedly suggested Song Lizong to move the capital to Siming on the grounds that Jia Sidao was sacred and inviolable. The situation was already tense, and if the emperor took the lead in escaping, there would be no need to fight this battle. If people's hearts are wandering, they will surely fail. Wu Qian immediately met with Song Lizong and warned him directly, and then gave up Song Lizong's idea of ??moving the capital.
At that time Jia Sidao was the right prime minister. Although he did not take sole charge of the country's affairs, he was still very powerful. Song Lizong failed to persuade, so he and the surrender faction tried their best to kill Wu Qian. First, Wu Qian was framed, and Wu Qian was expelled from the court and demoted to a prefecture. Later, he appointed his confidant Liu Zongshen as the magistrate of Xunzhou. On Wu Qian's 67th birthday, he offered poisoned wine and killed Wu Qian.
Unfulfilled ambition, he was framed by traitors and eventually died tragically. It was not until Emperor Gong of the Song Dynasty that he could correct his mistakes, pursue the restoration of the official position, and give the young master a gift. Wu Qian, a good official who was loyal to the country and served the people, got such an ending at that time, which has to be lamented by future generations.
