Notice of Call for Papers for the 9th PHE International Painting and Calligraphy Competition for Primary and Secondary School Students

With the extensive participation of teachers and students at home and abroad and the support of people from all walks of life around the world, PHE International Youth Painting and Calligraphy Conference has gone through a glorious course of eight years and has developed into the most popular aesthetic education brand for young children at home and abroad. In 2009, on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the founding of the great People's Republic of China (PRC) and the return of Macau 10 anniversary, in order to show youth.

1. Essay target: children aged 3- 18 in primary and secondary schools, kindergartens, children's palaces, cultural centers, art groups, secondary specialized schools and various off-campus training institutions.
